Use Method:
1. Take out the inner package,peel the separatory paper and stick it on the cloth.Do not knead it.                               
2, When it cool down, please tear it out as soon as possible. Or there will be more and more difficult to tear it out.                                            
Please note the cold burns:
(1) Cold burn is a kind of burn which happens with erythema and blister, when people contact some thing whose temperature is higher than body temperature for a long time.  Besides, some cold burn doesn't have the symptom that people can feel, so please be sure to pay attention to it
.(2)Do not to apply it directly to the skin.
(3) The temperature will be higher than the highest temperature it shows. It's easy to result cold burn at this moment. So please do not use it when you are asleep.

(12)Do not use it besides the oven, bedclothing and heating kits. Or the inner bag will  expand and burst. This will shorten its' heating time.

1, Store it in the  shady place and avoid the direct sunlight.
2, Store it out of reach of children.
